Procedure To Sow This Leafy Vegetable Green Spinach:

• This leafy Vegetables is very easy to grow for beginners also.
• Soil required for sowing the seeds of green spinach should be loamy and well drained. 
• If you have not this type of soil so don't worry you can prepare your own soil by adding organic manure to your soil to have a a well drained soil enriched with nutrients.
• Then just spread the seeds over the soil.
• Provide a very thin cover of soil over the seeds.
• Water the soil to make it only moist but not soggy. Note that water should be  like in sprinkler form otherwise the Spinach seeds would be flooded away from their previous position and may get assembled at one portion of the soil in the tray or pot. You can use sprayer bottle for watering purpose.
• Place the pot or tray in sunlight if you are growing in your balcony or on terrace.
